EBONIC PHONIC

By, Rubie Wilkie/Sista Flame

Linguistic, atomic ebonic phonic Dr. Geneva Smitherman,

She be rockin it------rockin it.

Yo, that be ill she ain’t gonna front that ebonic phonic got
Tongue’s speaking up, brain cells doing the bump, words on the jump, and alphabets over-lapping the hump.
So yo what’s up?
From Africa- to the New World and now rocking the space age.
Language has taken on a new term and rose from the grave.
Black dialect thanks to Dr. Geneva and others we must
Now give respect.
Due to the slaves bought from the trade in 1619
(James town) Like Prince, “controversy”.
Pidgin and Creole tongue is “making history”.
A linguistic mirror image of  “you and me”.
Now have become to be called proper English that is
Spoken in two dimensions.
“Language” and “style”, but when we break it down,
It isn’t anything but funk and profile, verb and reverb, beauty and power.
So check hands of the clock, because the lingo is
Transforming by the hour.

Linguistic, atomic ebonic phonic, Dr. Geneva Smitherman,
She be rockin it-----rockin it.

From here to Africa back and around it’s Dr. Geneva
Spelling it out on American ground.
Maintaining her thoughts and keeping syllables real
It’s Dr. Geneva with that ebonic phonic African English
appeal.
Professor of speech. Wayne State University is where she
teach.
“Black English and education of black children and youth” a book edited by Dr. Geneva,
which speaks on dialect between master and slave,
and slave to slave.
For throughout space and time rose the slave.
“Ways of the white folks,” were but through the push and pull, Black English has sustained.

Linguistic atomic ebonic phonic Dr. Geneva Smitherman,
She be rockin it, rockin it

BLOWIN UP!
 By, Rubie Wilkie/Sista Flame

Sisters in rage (blowin’ up!
Making front page (blowin’ up)!
Great black women risin’ up, standin’ up, (blowin up’)!

Angela Davis rocked the nation!
Radical she was an activist. Educated highly moving through the madness.
Communistic thoughts, and civil rights for the people.
Angela Davis wrote her own sequel.
Graduated magna cumlaude, Philosophy Doctor is her profession.
She was down with the Black Panther Party fighting oppression.
Leader in her own right, professor to the students and inmates in prison.

Angela Davis rocked the nation!
She got fired twice in her life for stirring up the hype; and some speeches recited releasing light, to free the minds of the people.
Angela Davis wrote her own sequel.
From 1960 to 1970, federal agents tracked her down.
The FBI was on her case.
Governor Ronald Regean tried to stripe her from grace.

But Angela Davis rocked the nation
Acquitted on all charges for a courtroom shoot out.
She was labeled a co-conspirator, but got thrown out.
The act was not her doing.
She was just another statistic caught in life’s ruins.

Sisters in rage (blowin’ up)!
Making front page (blowin’ up)!
Great black women risin’ up, standin’ up (blowin’ up)!

Assata Shukur rocked the nation!
Similar backgrounds Shukur and Davis, but Assata Shukur
Was a bit more outrageous. A rebel at heart. She never finished college.
She was one of the FBI’s most wanted lists, because she was another activist dropping knowledge. A so-called liberation trigger-happy figure; but she never pulled the trigger. She was temporarily paralyzed in her right arm. So what made the cops figure?

Assata Shukur rocked the nation!
On May 2, 1973 the New Jersey Turnpike it was a mad shoot out. Her brother Malik Shukur got taken out. The incident was ill, but Assata survived. She was convicted on two-turnpike charges then later triad.
Assata was now on lock down behind Riker’s Island gates; but some years later escaped. She fled to Cuba for political asylum. Now she was a trooper. Sisters in rage (blown’ up)!

Culture Consciousness
By, Evelyn Rubie Wilkie/Sista Flame

Platocracy, where money talks and BS walks funneled in issue advocay, that is now ripping apart you and me, recking a female creation, mother nation through issue advocay. It's legal see? Buy the media, not if you skin color is black, Bill Cosby a tell you that. Fa fact, Majic Johnson caught aids behingd that crap. So where's all the patriatism, in this so called ritualistc nationalism ceremonies. Stolen from the akaskic past and now they are telling men they got prostate cancer. How long will these lies last? Fear and proper gander got us caught up in this thought mind matrix. Hipnotized into this lie. sometimes all we people want o do is lay down and die, yet we still keep rising and punching that nine to five clock. Praying and waiting for a miracle. The Christians praying and waiting on Jesus, the Jamaicains praying to Hallesalase, the Muslims calling on Allah, The Pope knelling to a black statue of Madonna, and as for me I am praying to the most High, to guide me into a higher reality of Kulture Konsciousness...

Culture + consciousness = u and me, but some of us are too blind to see, and at times even me  When I look and read the atrocities that were done to you and me, World War  I, World War  II, and now World War III, yo personally I'd say part of the problem is too much man made war technology, inappropriate fake psychology. Who really wants to be a cyber soldier gee? Not me! Yet, many of us have been brainwashed into this biological warfare sea. Check Dr. Reverend Phill Valentine, check Bobby Hemmit, check Sista Myra Ashera, these are just some of the meta-physical mathimatical teachers polting the course. So plug into your culture, raise your consciousness, extract those negative thoughts from your mind matrix. And if, this is all an illusion, then we really don't exist. Some may say Flame, girl you just tripped and lost your sense. I tell um, na it's just my culture konsciousness.

MESSAGE TO THE GRASS ROOTS

BY Rubie Wilkie a.k.a Sista Flame

Message to the grassroots, America still has a serious problem, and our people have a very serious problem. True, we are still ex-slaves, second class citizens, commerce and nigga’s to the highest degree. No, America never wanted Afrikans here, infact the slave masters wanted to ship Afrikans back to Afrika after we had built their highways, cities, and exedra. Yes, the White man is our common enemy some may say, but if you analyze our situations today the Caucasoid man has successfully completed his task in separating black people throughout the Diaspora. The Domino Effect was implanted since 1776 as stated by Malcolm X, “the revolution was for land.” They wanted the land for independence, so they took it by force and blood shed.

Many Akabulan people today are scared of real revolution. Why? Because they feel comfortable in their positions at work, with their homes they have purchased, and with raising their families. So revolution to them does not exist. For who wants to bleed, when one is living the life of luxury?
Not a comfortable house nigga, which some are still today.

When Malcolm speaks about the field and house Negro, compared to the past and present, there has been no change. The Blacks that work inside of office’s will destroy their natural roots to resemble the slave master, in comparison to the vendors, shopkeepers, and entrepreneurs that do not punch a time clock, tend to dress and style their hair in a cultural fashion. They are not kissing up to the so-called Arian race or Black Uncle Toms. No doubt, Malcolm X was right, that to keep from fighting back he gets these ole religious Uncle Toms to teach you and me, just like the nova cane to suffer peacefully. To suffer 500 years of demonic slavery behavior to our people of color is an out rage!

I feel that Malcolm X was trying to wake up the masses.
He stated, “let’s fight back like Ma and Pa used too, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a head for a head, and a life for a life.”
I agree one hundred percent, but it is not taking place now or is it?
Most of our leaders have been assassinated due to voicing their opinion of freedom of speech. There is no freedom of speech!
I don’t see the system executing the assassinator’s life. Instead, he or she will get three meals a day, a place to sleep, while our ancestor’s bodies are dead; but not their spirits. Thank the Creator for that!

Today Crete people are nothing but pawns in the chess game.
The masses can’t see through the deception being portrayed by the White House, the media, the propaganda, and the Hidden Hand. Isn’t it odd that Minister Louis Farrakhan had scheduled a march on Washington, on October 16, 1995? The same march that has happened years ago has repeated itself over and over again. Malcolm X stated, “That was real revolution, that was Black revolution.” So what do you expect to happen on October 16th again?

True, whenever the White man mixes in Black circles, the color turns to cream! It weakens our culture and thought. Everything a Blackman builds becomes a sellout! It is commercialized, reverbalized; we have now been bought and sold by the White man once again. Things have not changed. It will only get worst, until each one teaches one too wake up!
The Kush,  Tar Baby race is so far behind, due to the lack of self-knowledge and history research. When one does not know history, he does not know where he is headed. Lost feeble minds trapped and blinded to a fake reality, which places a veil over the 3rd eye.

For Malcolm X, dropped a mighty powerful speech that caught many people’s attention for change.
To compare now to then, his speech still holds weight, but no action.
For like he stated, “no, it was a sellout, and it was a take over.”
Because look at the law makers and people of government positions today
They are passing laws that are driving people to become homeless and jobless.
The United States and abroad possess no future, if we the people, the real government do not take a stand now, and message to the grass roots.
